I LOVE my job. I love creating lasting friendships with my clients and discovering, as we both grow, your photographic needs paired with our creative genius. I love photographing the moment in between your poses. For me to capture your emotions-- you have to feel them! So be passionate. Be dramatic. Be in love. Confidence photographs very well.

A lil bit about me... After a few years at the University of Texas in Austin as a photojournalism major and working at good ol' Starbucks for 3 years, I built a client base through my customers and fellow partners. Within the past year I joined forces with an incredible ad firm and ran with that opportunity to build a business I now call my full-time (very full-time :) job.

Who is inkedFinger's Creative Assistant?

Renee Valdres, the official creative consultant and 2nd photographer. Renee is Carli's middle name, so how appropriate is it that she would partner with a girl who shares her name and heart's love... photography!!!!

Renee is a designer at heart, exploring everything from architecture and interiors to furniture and fashion. Here at inkedFingers she is the bones to the skeleton for all things creative, also affectionately labeled poser / photo editing guru / design consultant.

At the UT School of Architecture, Renee developed the foundation for her architecture/design career. Having just moved from New York this past January, she is attempting to get accustomed to the Texas heat and hopes to land a position on a kick-ass architecture firm here in TX soon. Her real love lies in traveling where she developed her eye for design. She's studied and explored all across Europe. (Makes me jealous. :)
 

Who is the psychologist/supporter that keeps inkedFingers together?

John Kiene. The husband and bff of Carli!

Wonder who that cute guy is taking your groomsmen's photos? Or who answers Carli's phone when she's editing her brains out? He's an incredible encouragement to all of us and never let's a serious moment pass. He's starting a business (or two :) of his own, so when he's not filing inkedFingers documents, hanging out at shoots or picking up dry cleaning, he's conquering his own climbs.
